In 2009, The English brothers, opened a family food business on Detroit’s 7 Mile, with a crazy idea: make crab dinners as big as Coney Island!
They believed that good food and good people belong together—just like hot lemon-garlic butter & crustaceans.
They studied the restaurant business, sourced the best crab they could find, & planned the rollout of
Detroit's first Crab House Ribs & Soul Cafe.
With their mama Earline's BBQ sauce—that makes everything better, and their dad's mouthwatering smoking technique, a winning combination of seafood & smoked meats was born.
Much has changed in ten years— from delivering menus door-to-door to opening a second location in Warren, MI, but three things remain the same:
